We stand behind our product. The manufacturing process allows us to put our hands on each and every sampler we ship. We take pride in being hands on in our shop. If for some reason you receive a defective product, let us know. Your feedback regarding the issue is appreciated. We will make it right by getting you a new one on the way or refunding your money. Our goal is to take care of our customers.

Our sampler was originally designed to be used in wastewater treatment. Although this remains to be our main customer base, we have found other industries that have used Accusludge samplers with success. These other industries include fresh water treatment, food processing, mineral extraction, oil refinement, brewing, septic tank maintenance, etc. The bottom line is that our sampler works for taking a cross section of any settled solids of around 5%.

We ship merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada primarily. Shipments are handled by UPS. The most affordable shipping option is chosen by default unless there is a request to expedite. All shipping and handling charges are reflected on the final invoice. Buyer will receive an email of the shipment details and will be able to track the location of the package at www.ups.com. International orders will also be shipped via UPS. Shipping, handling and any customs charges will be reflected on the final invoice.

Only CA buyers pay sales tax at their respective local sales tax rate. This is due to AccuSludge being located in CA. Buyers throughout the rest of the United States and in other countries will not pay sales tax. For CA buyers, the rate and dollar amount will be reflected on the final invoice.

Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or check. Both options are available at checkout. We encourage you to use a credit card because the checkout process designed for these type of transactions. Checks should be mailed to our mailing address listed on the contact us page. All payments are to be made in US dollars. It is assumed that all quotes provided by Accusludge are in US dollars as well.
